if you want a face and it's taken, check to
see if the account is active. meaning, they
need to have been on within the last three
weeks. if not, the claim is yours. please keep
in mind that sometimes we forget to delete
names from the list, so some accounts may
not even exist. in that case, the claim is yours
as well. so check up on these things! <3
